Jack, 49 – London
Where were you born?
London. When did you first become aware of circumcision? I guess I first became aware because my dad is cut but my brother and I are not. At school I quickly noticed who was and who wasn’t. It became two quite separate groups. Aged around 9 I used to glue my foreskin back with Uhu glue - I wanted it to stay back so much. Never worked of course. That desire stayed with me through teenage years. Watching hot young Italian men on the beach in white speedos diving into the sea and climbing back up onto the rocks. The ones who were cut - you could see the outline so clearly of their helmet against the tight wet fabric, bulging out. Drove me wild - I literally would lose my breath with desire. I had a friend who I used to swim with often. He was cut and would always wear a speedo. Again, you could see his cock head pressing up on the Lycra. We’d play fight and wrestle in the pool and I’d feel him get hard in his Speedo, feel his cock against my arm or my leg. Loved it. "I love the momentary reminders during the day when I am moving around and feel the rim press up against fabric." Are any members of your family circumcised?
My dad. At what age were you circumcised? I was finally circumcised a year ago in East London with Dr Amin at Circumcision Pro. I researched a few surgeons and clinics in London and Luton, as well as chatting with people on support groups like healthunlocked as to who was skilled and a decent person. I was delighted - he was so calm, listened, was funny and also gentle. I had a consultation with him in August 2021 and then was away for several month for work, so it wasn’t until October that I had the circumcision. I had great after care as Dr Amin was always available on phone or text for questions and he did a neat tight job! What is the main reason you were circumcised? I had lived skinned back for a few years, and had no problem keeping it back, but I wanted to get it done properly. I wanted to know I was cut fully and to join that tribe I’d never belonged to. |
Are you happy about being circumcised?
It feels bloody great. Recovery was a bit painful at night with erections but otherwise it has been totally fine so far. What is the best and worst thing about being circumcised?
I love the look, the feel, the drum tight feeling when hard. I love the momentary reminders during the day when am moving around and feel the rim press up against fabric. I do a lot of sport - running and swimming. I can’t wait to be back on a beach in a speedo - and cut. Sexual partners have been very approving. They love the look and feel. I had a great time with a fellow cut guy in Paris. Both loving the lube on our shafts and exposed helmets and the experience of our cut cocks together. Ideal. Have you had any memorable conversations about circumcision with mates? I have chatted to some gay friends about it and they have all been supportive. Some have been turned on. And one who is cut wants us to get some Lycra on and enjoy ourselves together with my new cock. If you had a son would you circumcise him?
If I had a son - no. I think the adult recovery is clearly trickier, but I am really aware that I have been able to make a choice. And own that choice and any of its consequences. To remove that autonomy seems to me to fundamentally disempower the child and take away their agency. And the procedure itself is really not big deal - especially when freely chosen.
